The vision of Trinitas Children’s Therapy Services is to take a leadership
role in providing for and advocating on behalf of the pediatric special
needs population in our service area through comprehensive and
individualized therapy programs. This includes direct intervention for
children in schools, our therapy center and in the community; education of
children, parents and school personnel regarding issues relevant to special
needs children; and referrals to outside sources and agencies when
appropriate.
"Our goal is for parents and educators to feel completely confident in the
therapeutic services being provided for their children. We feel very
strongly about supporting ongoing education and professional development of
our staff and providing them with the resources they need to provide the
best possible care for our clients," says Ms. Soricelli. Many of the
occupational, physical and speech therapists at Trinitas Children’s Therapy
Services have multiple specialty certifications and have extended their
education well beyond the standard requirements.
As Director of Children’s Therapy Services, Ms. Soricelli has been
personally involved in every aspect of the organization’s operation,
including staffing, education, therapy center design, policy development and
strategic planning. She has also provided her direct service and expertise
as an experienced occupational therapist in many school districts, the
Cranford Therapy Center and for workshops and seminars. "There’s no better
way to really stay in tune with your business, staff and customers, then to
truly be a part of it," she says.
